I have a long history of working in health, having been a nurse and midwife, so moving into Homeopathy and Bowen was a natural progression. As a nurse and midwife I worked in several countries and often worked with the indigenous population.
There came a time when I wanted to expand into other areas and my interest in homeopathy led me to do a four year course and become a homeopath. I have been a homeopath for twenty years and still love what it can do for people. I was involved in a homeopathy project in Botswana for eight years and went out five times to run clinics and help train the locals to become homeopaths.
Training in Bowen, was for me, a natural progression, as Bowen is seen as the homeopathy of hands on therapy.
It’s not all about work though, I love tennis and play regularly at my local club, singing is a great love and I’m in the local choir.
I have a gorgeous border collie who drags me out for a walk a couple of times a day, so the outdoors features heavily in my life with a passion for gardening.
